On addition of Mana to patients WBCs. The spicular
irregular WBCs retrodifferentiate to primitive
type of cells called as Manacells with smooth
round surface exhibiting VIBGYOR under white
light and a uniform halo around the cells. This
can be observed under high magnification. Different
specimens from different patients and yet the
Mana effect can be demonstrated again and again
showing the reproducibility of the experiment.
Plasma and Mana after filtering with 0.2 micron
membrane filter are just present as clear fluids,
devoid of any grossly seen particulate matter
even under high magnification. On addition of
Mana to patients plasma DNA genesis takes place
within seconds under the influence of Morphogenetic
field of the patient. The DNA belongs to the
patient and this has been proven by separate
studies done at different laboratories all over
the world.
DNA GENESIS
The chains of bioengineered DNA when
observed under the microscope at low and high
magnification respectively under white light.
These particles are DNA can be confirmed by
the special DNA stains that bring out fluorescence
of the particles under ultraviolet light. When
the plasma and Mana are added the magnification
is kept low at 10X and when a particle appears
that is over 10 microns in size in can be seen
at this magnification. This is so that at low
magnification we have a greater field of view
and can easily see where the particle is being
made in a particular specimen, once an area
of genesis is seen the magnification is moved
up to 40X and then again at 100X where the pleats
and folds of
the long DNA chains can be distinctly made out.
DNA WITH DIGITAL INTERFERENCE
CONTRAST HIGH END INVERTED MICROSCOPE
The size of the DNA chains ranges from
50-200 micron when the specimen of plasma and
Mana are stored for over one week under refrigeration
of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, this i s larger than
the Manacells present in the blood whose size
ranges from 1-11microns. These can be observed
using Digital Interference Contrast inverted
microscope. These high end microscopes have
the capacity of measuring the DNA and are seen
in a negative field, akin to the phase contrast
microscope.
DNA CONFIRMATION WITH PROPIDIUM
IODIDE STAINS ORANGE RED IN UV LIGHT
Confirmation of DNA genesis is done
by testing it against Propidium iodide dye which
stains DNA as orange red when viewed under ultraviolet
illumination, however this is also specific
for RNA thus showing the tenacity of having
both RNA and DNA generated with the Mana effect.
DNA CONFIRMATION WITH DAPI STAIN
UNDER WHITE LIGHT AND UV LIGHT SHOWING BLUE
FLUORESCENCE
The bioengineered DNA chains viewed
under white light can be confirmed with DNA
staining dye DAPI which gives blue florescence
under ultraviolet light using inverted microscope.
This stain is specific for DNA thus when confirmation
of short or long chains of DNA is required it
is the stain of choice. Once the DNA is seen
to form under low magnification the stain is
added and then moved into a higher magnification
to clearly demonstrate DNA GENESIS
DNA CONFIRMATION WITH ACRIDINE
ORANGE WITH WHITE LIGHT AND UV LIGHT SHOWING
GREEN FLUORESCENCE
DNA viewed under white light and confirmed with
DNA staining dye Acridine orange which gives
green florescence for DNA when excited under
ultraviolet light using high magnification in
high end microscopes. The stain is specific
for DNA when the green fluorescence is seen.
Since it intercalates with the DNA chain specificity
of the stain is maintained.
DNA HARVESTING WITH MICRON MANIPULATOR
0.5 MICRON GAUGE
Harvesting of bioengineered DNA using micron
manipulators under sterile conditions so that,
it can be used in the patient where DNA injections
can be given into dead or dying nerves or tissues.
The micron manipulators are small handles fixed
to the inverted microscope with sterile ends
of 0.5 micron inner diameter capable of entering
a cell, here harvesting the DNA that is generated
when the patients plasma is admixed with Mana.
Since DNA GENESIS takes few seconds the harvesting
is complete within minutes and injections loaded
on special micro milliliter syringes.
