So much so that till today she remembers me fondly of tying my unruly hair in her own ribbons or admonishing me for one of my little crimes. I also happened to be the School pupil leader in the my last year occasion came 2 on a day when I had just come back from Delhi after winning the national gold medal for swimming for 1974, and as I entered school the election had taken place in my absence, this was one of few times I saw tears (of joy) in my fathers year.

We had students from China, Australia, United Kingdom and the USA. This was a research scientists program for two years. But after only half the way thoughts of home and guilt towards neglect of my children pulled me back to India and I discontinued the course. Hence I do not write this as an achievement behind my name. But the sense of research and development took a good bearing from this tenure at the most acclaimed place in the world for CORNEAL RESEARCH. And it has been my privilege to work with phenomenons of this field.
